Trails Day

Volunteers are needed to maintain the trails in South Hills Wilderness Area. Check in and lunch will take place at the South Hills City Park on Mauna Loa Avenue. Each participant will receive a free commemorative parch and a free lunch for helping maintain local trails in the City of Glendora.

Individuals are asked to bring the following: gloves, long pants, sturdy shoes, water, sunscreen, bandana/hat and bug repellent. Tools for trail work will be provided. Youth groups must be supervised by adults. Each individual will be asked to sign a release form. Any volunteers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian signature on the release form.

For additional information on this project or to register for this event, please contact Dick Swinney at Dswinney@roadrunner.com. Waivers will be filled out day of the event.
